RVCoversPlus.com is committed to providing outstanding customer service. We will gladly refund your purchase price or replace any defective item and most non-defective items subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's return policy. Returns of non-defective items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Within 30 days of your order date, you may return products that:
- Have not been used
- Are unopened in their original packaging and properly packaged to avoid damage
- Include all parts, hardware or instructions and are deemed re-sellable by the receiving warehouse
Fill out the Return Request Form at the bottom of the page
- Our returns agent will be in touch with you with any questions, or will issue a Return Authorization # and instructions by email
- Mark your package clearly with the Return Authorization Number and follow the return instructions. If you don't mark the RA# on the outside of the package and follow directions, the receiver will have no idea what the package is or what to do with it. Always send your return package by a trackable method (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority) and retain a copy of the tracking numbers for your records
- Once we've received and inspected the item, a refund will be issued to the original payment source
Packing and Sending Your Return
It is imperative that each item being returned be packaged in its original shipping carton, using the same packaging materials and component placement as received from the factory. The outside of each package should be clearly marked with the RA number that was issued by our customer service department. For your protection, always ship returns via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority so you will have a tracking number as proof of delivery.
All returns will incur a restocking fee
, with the exception of instances of manufacturer error or defect. You will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping fees. Shipping costs will only be credited in those instances where the return is a result of our shipping error. Please allow 6-8 weeks after our warehouse has received your return for your refund to be processed and credited back to your account.
